Ray oversees the accounting, finance and reporting functions of the firm. He is tasked with managing the policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure our long-term financial health. In addition to managing the day-to-day activities, Ray will be focusing on the firm's profitability & performance metrics and that they align with the firm's strategic plan for continued success.
