Overview
John is responsible for planning, managing and directing the technology, communication, and information systems of the firm. He reviews new products and systems; oversees the monitoring and maintenance of the network, hardware, telecommunications, email, and desktop infrastructure; and oversees information technology development and support. He also ensures the safety and security of the firm's data systems and member account information. John works closely with the COO/CFO in developing short- and long-term IT goals and plans. He studied at Miami University's School of Interdisciplinary Studies and has nearly two decades of experience as a consultant and CTO for a local legal-focused IT firm and as a director for a publicly-traded leading managed IT service organization.
