Frantz Ward LLP Creates Chief Operating Officer Role and Announces Changes to Key Administrative Roles

Frantz Ward is pleased to announce the promotion of Susan J. Abraham to its newly created Chief Operating Officer position. Founded in 2000, Frantz Ward is a full service law firm with over 100 employees. The firm is led by a Management Committee of three partners - T. Merritt Bumpass, Jr., Michael J. Frantz and Christopher G. Keim. 
 
Susan joined Frantz Ward in June 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. She will continue her previous duties and expand in a blended role of Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. "Susan has a welcomed fresh approach and keen insights that have already made significant impact in a short period of time," said Chris Keim. "The COO is a natural role for her and a reflection of the positive presence she provides to the Management Committee and the entire firm."
 
As COO/CFO, Susan oversees all administrative staff and works closely with the Management Committee to assist in the development of long range plans, group goals, and growth objectives. She provides direct leadership and oversight by creating policies and procedures and leading the execution through training, implementation and reporting. Susan has a B.B.A. from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University.
 
The firm is also pleased to announce additional promotions and new hires in key administrative roles:
  • Cheryl A. Hanley joins the firm as Director of Marketing/Business Development
  • Matthew P. Polomsky joins the firm as Director of Administration
