Frantz Ward is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected for inclusion on the Best Employers in Ohio 2024 list by Crain’s Cleveland Business, ranking 12th out of 32 small and medium-sized companies total. In partnership with Best Companies Group, the annual statewide list is designed to honor the best places of employment in Ohio and their contributions to the state’s businesses, workforce, and economy.
Formed in 2000 by 14 partners who left a national law firm to provide legal services of the highest quality in a practical and cost-effective manner, Frantz Ward now has more than 70 attorneys who pride themselves on hard work and the quality of that work. The firm is proud to maintain a family-like supportive atmosphere.
To be considered for inclusion on the Best Employers in Ohio list, companies had to participate in a two-part survey process. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, worth 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey to measure each employee’s experience and culture, worth 75% of the total evaluation.
The rankings will be published in the August 19th edition of Crain’s Cleveland Business.
