Meghan Lewallen spoke at the 2024 ALFA International Transportation Practice Group Regional Seminar, which took place in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Her presentation, “The Power of Focus Groups: Evaluate and Strengthen Your Case Through the Eyes of Local Jurors,” discussed how focus groups can be used as an effective tool to explore jurors’ attitudes and beliefs at multiple stages of litigation. Meghan explored ways in which these groups can be used to evaluate accident claims, strengthen cases, and test trial themes and strategy.
With over ten years of civil litigation and trial experience, Meghan focuses her practice on general business disputes, transportation law, real estate and professional liability defense, and employment litigation. She also represents a variety of companies defending personal injury and product liability claims throughout the United States.
