Cindy’s practice focuses on real estate professional liability representation and defense. She has extensive experience representing residential and commercial real estate brokerages, real estate trade associations, inspectors, appraisers, and title and escrow companies throughout Ohio in real estate and professional liability defense litigation. Cindy has also practiced before the Ohio Division of Real Estate, Ohio Real Estate Commission, and Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
With nearly thirty years of experience, Maggie represents clients in will contests, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She focuses her practice on her client’s estate planning needs, wrongful death matters, will contests, estate and trust administration, and obtaining guardianships for both minors and adults. She has provided counsel and guidance to numerous clients at every stage of these areas of law.
