Frantz Ward Announces Partner Election

Frantz Ward is pleased to announce the election of Todd A. Broski, a member of the firm's Corporate and M&A Groups, to Partner of the firm effective January 2016.
 
Todd’s practice focuses on corporate and business law. He has significant transactional experience in complex business mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing buyers, sellers and investors in transactions involving both privately and publicly held companies. In addition to his merger and acquisition practice, Todd represents companies and provides day-to-day counseling on a variety of general corporate matters, including capital formation, corporate organization and structure, corporate governance and compliance, general contract negotiation, commercial transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Prior to focusing his practice on corporate law and transactional matters, he gained significant experience in business litigation matters and represented companies, securities broker-dealers, banks and financial institutions in complex business disputes. Todd received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2000 and his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University (Ohio) in 1997.
