Angela D. Lydon and
Allison Taller Reich have been named to the 2019 Cleveland Federation of Defense Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down program. The program will begin on January 24, 2019.
FDCC Ladder Down is a year-long program dedicated to empowering female attorneys by providing coaching in the critical areas of leadership, business development, and mentoring. Ladder Down was founded in 2012 by Phoenix attorneys Alison Christian and Beth Fitch and has run programs in Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco and other cities.
Angela handles a broad mix of general litigation issues, with a focus on commercial disputes, business torts, products liability, and insurance. She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, dispositive briefing, and negotiating favorable settlements. She has handled matters as a second-chair trial attorney in several phases of trial, including voir dire questioning, expert and fact witness cross examination, and argument of key evidentiary trial motions. Angela is named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She earned her J.D.,
magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A.,
cum laude, from Miami University.
Allison focuses on all aspects of construction law, including drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts; assisting clients manage claims, projects, and schedules in real time to keep projects moving; and resolving disputes between her clients. She strives to obtain the best possible result for her clients at the earliest opportunity. Because of this, Allison engages in negotiations and mediations before and in addition to arbitration hearings and litigation proceedings including trials. She goes “all-in” for her clients because she understands that the issues they face—large and small—can make or break for each client. Allison is named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
