Frantz Ward is pleased to announce that
Megan E. Bennett and
Keenan M. Jones have been elevated to partner effective January 1, 2024.
Megan focuses her practice on the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law.
She provides day-to-day counseling to employers by researching and recommending best practices for companies on human resources issues, and she aids in the defense of employers in a multitude of employment-related claims before judicial bodies and administrative agencies.
Prior to law school, Megan taught kindergarten and pre-kindergarten in New York City through Teach for America. She holds a JD,
summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law, an MS from Lehman College of the City University of New York, and a BA,
magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
Keenan focuses his practice on assisting companies operating in the regulated cannabis space, including hemp, marijuana, and ancillary endeavors. He also represents businesses of all sizes in litigation matters, corporate formation, business development, and protection of intellectual property rights.
Before joining Frantz Ward, Keenan co-founded Foster & Jones and worked at the Hoban Law Group. In both roles, he guided businesses in the emerging cannabis industry. Keenan earned his JD with
Order of St. Iveshonors from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his BA,
summa cum laude, from Heidelberg University.
