Frantz Ward is pleased to announce that its client, North Coast Therapeutics, LLC, has been issued a provisional license to process medical marijuana in Ohio following a successful appeal of the Department of Commerce’s original intent to deny its license application. Frantz Ward’s team of cannabis attorneys challenged the denial after they discovered scoring errors made by application reviewers which led to an incorrect final score.
North Coast’s President, Stephen Ernst, issued the following statement:
