Alanna C. Guy joins the firm as an associate in its robust Business Law Practice Group.
Alanna represents clients on a variety of business law matters. Her experience includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financing transactions, and corporate loan transactions. Alanna has advised clients on fund formation and dissolution alternatives. In addition, she has assisted in litigation and health care law. She earned her J.D.,
summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.A. in sociology and anthropology from Centre College.
