Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Plain Dealer. This is the second year in a row that Frantz Ward has been named to the list. The companies on this list go above and beyond for their employees by listening to them, rewarding them, and having positive work cultures. Frantz Ward was selected as one of the top two law firms for businesses with under 149 employees.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: alignment, execution, effectiveness, management, employee engagement, leadership and the basics which are pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations.
