The events of the past week have again illuminated the fact that transformational change is necessary to alleviate the injustices that exist in our legal system and society. We at Frantz Ward have always taken to heart the obligations that we have as lawyers and a firm to rectify these injustices in our community. While diversity and inclusion are priorities within our firm and our personal lives, it is now clear more than ever that ensuring diversity and inclusion within our own walls is, alone, not enough. We also realize we all must work together if transformational change is going to occur. Thus, we will be reaching out to key organizations and stakeholders to hear and learn how our firm can help make meaningful change in our legal system and society. Together is the path forward.
