In addition to devoting hours of his time providing pro bono services to the community, Pat also has served The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland as a member of the Board and Chair of the Pro Bono Committee. Pat has served as national trial counsel for several companies and is often retained by excess insurers to participate in pending matters. He has extensive experience in designing and coordinating defense strategies and investigation efforts for clients ranging from closely-held corporations to Fortune 100 companies. He has tried or closely supervised trial counsel in cases throughout the country. Pat has a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. from McGill University.
Kevin has been actively involved with St. Ignatius High School. He has served as a Seeds of Literacy Board Member, Co-Chair of the Jesuit Retreat Center Annual Fundraiser, Member and Chairman of the Board of Regents, Member of the Presidential Search Committee and Alumni Association President and Executive Committee. He also also be involved with the John Carroll University and the Westlake community.Kevin's practice has been concentrated within the areas of business and tax law for closely held businesses and real estate and tax for companies and governmental agencies involved within the real estate industry. His expertise in federal and state tax law has allowed him to counsel his clients within the business community and real estate industry to structure the transactions on a tax-advantage basis. Kevin earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University and B.S. from John Carroll University.
