Frantz Ward Partner Nora Loftus Named Chair of Diversity & Inclusion Committee

Frantz Ward LLP is pleased to share that Nora Loftus, a partner in the firm’s nationally-recognized Construction Practice Group, has been named chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Nora devotes her practice to the construction industry. From front-end contract review and assisting clients with project documentation to ensure they are in the best position to defend or prosecute claims, Nora helps clients identify, avoid, and resolve project disputes both while the project is progressing to prevent issues from escalating, through litigation and alternative dispute resolutions if necessary. With a focus on risk management, Nora believes in helping clients spend their time where it should be spent—developing their businesses. Nora has represented owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and sureties, which enables her to spot issues and risks from all sides. Nora has significant experience in all construction related matters, including specialized areas such as bid protests, government set-aside programs, and P3 project delivery methods. She is a construction industry panelist with the American Arbitration Association and is involved in several industry organizations, including the National Association of Women in Construction. She is a frequent speaker and author, including Chapter 7 of the newly published American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law’s A201 Deskbook. Nora earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. from Miami University.
