Jonathan M. Scandling has been named as the new MaxHousing Board Chair.
MaxHousing (formerly Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio) is a nonprofit organization that provides and promotes accessible housing solutions for people with physical mobility disabilities. With multiple properties across north east Ohio, MaxHousing looks to provide a more accessible living world.
Jon focuses his practice on the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He provides counseling and training to clients for best practices on a wide range of human resource issues such as terminations, compliance with employment laws, workplace investigations, and the preparation of policies and employment agreements. Jon has extensive experience in public sector labor & employment law, with much of his practice revolving around traditional labor matters. He is named to both the Ones to Watch list by The Best Lawyers in America, and the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star list. Jon earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
