Susan’s practice encompasses both transactional and litigation work within the construction industry, where she represents clients through every phase of complex construction claims—from initial notice to final resolution.
Well-versed in drafting and negotiating contracts and purchase orders, Susan provides strategic legal support to general contractors, subcontractors, project owners, and suppliers. With a strong focus on delivering practical solutions, she applies her extensive litigation experience to navigate a wide range of legal challenges.
In addition to her practice, Susan is a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Cleveland, a nonprofit organization of women leaders focused on community impact.
She earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2010, where she contributed to the Cleveland State Law Review. Susan also holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Ohio Wesleyan University, earned in 2007.
