Allison Taller Reich is appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law’s Technology Committee. The Technology Committee’s goal is to utilize technology to enhance the Forum experience and make the Forum’s benefits accessible to the membership. Allison received a 2019 Diversity Fellowship from the ABA and is a member of the Forum’s Division 13 Steering Committee.
Members of the
ABA Forum on Construction Law represent all segments of the construction industry: owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties. The Forum’s mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership while “Building the Best Construction Lawyers.”
Allison focuses on all aspects of construction law, including drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts; assisting clients manage claims, projects, and schedules in real time to keep projects moving; and resolving disputes between her clients. She strives to obtain the best possible result for her clients at the earliest opportunity. Because of this, Allison engages in negotiations and mediations before and in addition to arbitration hearings and litigation proceedings including trials. She goes “all-in” for her clients because she understands that the issues they face—large and small—can make or break for each client. Allison is involved in several legal and professional associations. She is the Vice President of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association. Allison also is a Board Member and Membership Committee Co-Chair for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), which provides professional development, education, networking, leadership training, public service and more to women in the construction industry. Allison participates in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs Program as well as the Partners in Justice Program, supporting the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. She is the recipient of the 2017 Ohio State Bar Foundation Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under for District 12. Allison is named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.S., in Architecture, from The Ohio State University.
