Since 1999, Diversity Journal has profiled visionary leadership, innovative programs, and individual commitments that make organizational change happen.
Nora devotes her practice to the construction industry. From front-end contract review and assisting clients with project documentation to ensure they are in the best position to defend or prosecute claims, she helps clients identify, avoid, and resolve project disputes. Nora works with her clients both while the project is progressing to prevent issues from escalating, through litigation and alternative dispute resolutions when necessary. Nora serves as the Chair of Frantz Ward’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which promotes diversity and inclusion throughout the firm and within the community. In addition, she serves as a leader and mentor in organizations involved in the promotion and advancement of women including the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Cleveland Chapter, FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland and ALFA International’s Women’s Initiative. Nora is also part of the formal mentoring program at Frantz Ward and currently serves and has served as a mentor to several associates. Nora is a current Board Member of Lakewood Catholic Academy and Friends of Breakthrough Schools. She is ranked in
Chambers USA, named to
The
Best Lawyers in America list in the area of Litigation-Construction and is rated AV Preeminent, the highest ranking, peer review ranked by Martindale-Hubbell. Nora earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.A. from Miami University.
