Overview
Geoff Paschke focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience representing clients on a range of issues, including product liability claims, insurance coverage matters and general business disputes. He has prepared pleadings and dispositive motions, conducted fact discovery, and has aided senior counsel during a jury trial to verdict.
While in law school, Geoff externed with The Honorable Richard A. Lanzillo with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Geoff worked for three years as compliance analyst for large financial institution, where he worked to combat money laundering and fraud.
