Overview

Stacey focuses her practice on management-side labor and employment law. From the development of workplace policies, counseling on day-to-day employment issues, to advocating for and representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, Stacey supports clients of every shape and size in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Stacey is dedicated to protecting employers’ diverse interests by providing clear, reliable legal counsel in an approachable and straight-forward manner. When disputes arise, Stacey works to resolve conflicts efficiently and effectively while drawing on the unique skills acquired from her decade-long career as a litigation paralegal before becoming an attorney, offering valuable insights to her clients.

During law school at Cleveland State University College of Law, Stacey participated in the Pardon, Clemency, and Reentry Clinic, where she represented individuals seeking clemency from the Ohio Governor and other post-conviction relief. This experience provided her with a key understanding of the judicial system and has enriched her client advocacy.
