Alan B. Dailide and
Angela D. Lydon have been elected to the partnership effective January 1, 2022. Alan Dailide is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice Group and Angela Lydon is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Alan prides himself on being an experienced and trusted problem solver for construction industry professionals. Alan’s practice consists of cradle to grave project representation, which includes advising contractors, construction managers, suppliers, owners, design professionals, and sureties in the drafting and negotiation of contracts; in claim documentation and preservation during the project; and in the resolution of all types of construction disputes at or after the project’s conclusion. Over the course of his career, Alan has advised on hundreds of construction projects of all sizes throughout Ohio and the United States. Alan earned his J.D.,
summa cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.A. from Mercyhurst University.
Angie is an experienced litigator who represents businesses and individuals throughout the United States, with a focus on commercial disputes, transportation law, business torts, products liability, and insurance issues. She handles all stages of civil litigation, including navigating discovery, dispositive briefing, trial, and appeals. She has tried cases in both state and federal court. Angie’s favorite aspect of being an attorney is working closely with clients and colleagues to find creative solutions to complicated issues. Angie earned her J.D.,
magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A.,
cum laude, from Miami University. She has been named to The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” and to the Ohio Super Lawyers “Rising Star” lists.
