Effective July 1, 2019, KHW's team of six staff and 11 attorneys joined Frantz Ward on the 29th and 30th floors at Public Square in Cleveland. The combined staff will number nearly 70 attorneys and significantly strengthen Frantz Ward's Business Law Practice Group, which will now be led by former KHW managing partner Kevin M. Hinkel.

"While Frantz Ward already has a proven track record of sustainable success and a reputation for outstanding client service, this acquisition allows our firm to provide clients with an even broader array of legal counsel," said
Christopher G. Keim, managing partner of Frantz Ward. "The best part is that we can remain nimble in the marketplace and maintain our entrepreneurial spirit by adding a firm that very much complements our own staff."
Serving clients for 44 healthy years, KHW was primarily known for its robust business law practice and will add signficiant depth to Frantz Ward's full-service offerings in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Tax Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Pension Planning, and Regulatory Compliance, among others.
"We welcome the opportunity to join a firm that shares so many of the same values, including placing clients at the forefront and staying committed to the importance of the firm's culture," said
Kevin Hinkel.
